Lately Faith has been excercising with me in the mornings, and it is so much fun! It makes it so much more enjoyable. Brayden and Gavin will join in sometimes as well. It just reminded me of when I was a little girl and I would excercise with my mom. I would put on my leotard and my headband and of course my leg warmers and we would put on Jane Fonda's 20 min workout.

I remember doing a similar thing - only ours was to a PBS show called "Hooked on Aerobics"...
