Summer

We have had a great summer. It was great to see a lot of our wonderful friends in Arizona. I wish there had been more time to spend with all of you. We have had fun swimming in the backyard, we enjoyed a couple of camping trips. We went to Payson Lakes and camped there. The kids had a great time exploring, gathering firewood, fishing and swimming in the lake. We also went to Goblin Valley and went hiking. We explored caves and hiked to a spot overlooking the valley. Gavin and Doug went to the top of the mountain by our campsite and the kids all said that it was the best trip ever. The only down side was the group of fire ants that attacked Landon. We went to Lagoon with two of my brothers and everyone had a wonderful time riding rides and being together. Brayden was disappointed because he wasn't tall enough to ride the wicked and the other big roller coasters. Maybe next year! Faith's big highlight of the summer was seeing Miley Cyrus at the Stadium of Fire. We really had a lot of fun and the fireworks were amazing!

Faith, of course makes friends wherever she goes! She has a best friend that lives right next door. She got her first manicure and pedicure yesterday for my birthday. She is excited to start gymnastics. Both she and Gavin are doing great at piano.

Gavin had a great time in Kindergarten! They had a bug program and he was a little bee. They had a water day, field day and a kindergarten carnival. He is making friends and happy to be able to walk or ride his bike to all of their houses. He starts T-ball this week.

Brayden continues to make us all laugh. He has been busy making friends, but will never forget Ammon Fleming! He starts preschool at the kids elementary school in August and can't wait!

Landon is getting bigger. We have been chasing him since he started walking at 10 months. It's hard to believe he is a year old (almost 13 months). He has a fun personality and loves to be the center of attention and make everybody laugh. He loves playing ball!

Hi Everyone!

The kids loved being here and playing in the snow this winter, but I am so glad it has finally warmed up.
The Haggards came to Utah for General Conference and we are sooo glad. If you are ever in the neighborhood, just let us know and we would love to have you stop by.

Our family

We miss you!!

Well, We made it to Utah...barely

Thanks to everyone who came to help us move and clean and to those who watched our kids while we did all this. We really do miss Arizona and the wonderful friends that we have there!

Our trip was...eventful. We had a tricky time getting everything in our truck and then getting a trailor, and we still left things. We finally made it to Page, Arizona at about 1:00 am where we spent the night.
We moved during one of the biggest storms Utah has had in a very long time. The van slid off the road and hit a pole on the way, and when Doug pulled off the road to come help us, the moving truck even got stuck.
We got to our new house on Monday morning and I got to see it for the first time. My husband did a very good job, I love the house and the area. We just barely unpacked the last box...yay!
We didn't have a mailbox or a phone for three weeks, but little by little we are getting settled.

I just got called to be a den leader in cub scouts and Doug just got called to be the assistant cubmaster, so apparantly the Lord wants us involved in scouting.

We miss you all so much! I hope we can come visit soon.
